The hotel is located in the Varso 1 building.

NYX occupies almost 20 thousand sqm of space on fifteen floors including a restaurant and a conference center of over 2.5 thousand sqm.

The building’s design includes:

• energy-efficient heating and cooling with fan coils
• prefabricated bathrooms equipped with water-saving fixtures
  leakage control systems
• use of rainwater to water the greenery around the building
